I help people. I am a licensed realtor and professional home buyer who has purchased over 200+ homes in the 10 years I have been in real estate. Hi, I'm Michael!

I grew up in the small town of Fair Grove Missouri. I went to school at Missouri State University and started in real estate when I was 19. I have two beautiful girls under 2 years old with my wife Katie. I embarked on my real estate journey at the young age of 7, tearing out carpets, painting walls, and cleaning out gross tenant belongings for my parents who owned rental properties. At the time I didn’t have much passion for real estate but hey, $4/hr paid the bills at Toys-R-Us. Over time my perspective of the industry has changed and I have devoted the last 10 years to it. Starting with one project that I first purchased for $11,000 off of National and Chestnut in Springfield to flipping 70+ properties in the last year. I have seen all sorts of scenarios in real estate and would love to see how I can possibly help you!

I close at a reputable Title company here locally so you know the sale is secure and I won't back out last minute.

02. Walkthrough

Let's meet at the property, do a 5-10 minute walkthrough, and I can present all the ways I may be able to help. 

03. Schedule Closing

I will present you with an offer for the property, it's no obligation so you can of course say no or counteroffer. If we can put a deal together we then sign a simple one-page contract and send it to a reputable title company to start the escrow process. 

04. Closing

We close the transaction. You get your funds from the title company and I get to work on the house. Its that simple.
